I’ve probably played in over 500 different bands and combos over the last 35 years. One year, as my wife was doing our taxes, she pointed out that I played with 42 different groups. I felt so dirty and musically slutty. That was when I decided to narrow the scope of my group endeavors to less than 5 or so. Nowadays I spend the Alaskan summer months traveling all over the state playing drums for “DENALI COOKS”. They are an iconic Alaskan band that has been together since 1990. I joined the band in 2008 and am the only non original member. You can google us or find videos on YouTube.

Most of the people dancing in this video show up to most of our gigs. Also known as a fan base. If you booked us at your wedding and they all knew where it was, they might crash your wedding and drink all your beer. But don’t worry, we’ll keep your wedding date and location secret. That’s included in our performance contract.

In the winter months I keep busy with solo gigs and the ANDY MULLEN BAND. Our repertoire consists of a lot of my solo material with bass and drums. This makes us more of a dance/rock band. We are versatile in bars, weddings, corporate party’s, boats, and trains. Here’s a rough sample (recorded on an iPad) of us playing at a party in a barn in Lazy Mountain.
